The best spots for a night out are in the five-star hotels, which contain some famous clubs and pubs, such as Mixx at the Intercontinental, and the Erawan Hyatt’s Spazzo club.

Shopping is the most popular activity in Pathumwan. Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery Centre, Siam Centre and Central World are the largest malls in the area.
