"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. Coffee and tea were also provided. Thank you"

"We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy. "The room was pretty spacious for a 3 bed. The location convenient for those who want to access Tourcoing city centre. If you want to keep your budget low compared to Lille’s prices you can pick it up and commute by metro or tram to Lille city centre, approx 30-35mins ride. We didn’t experience hotels breakfast. "

No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. "This is a very convenient hotel to overnight on the way to the ferry ports to UK. It is about 100m from the E40 although there was no noise from the road. The room was large, very smart, air con and has tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant and bars were attractive but we took the opportunity of driving into Brugge. Check in staff were lovely. There is a local town with pubs and shops, and Brugge is just 8 Km away. The parking at -'t Zand Underground Garage is excellent plentiful, 5 mins...
