Staff great - room spotlessly clean and considering cost good value for money with tea making in the room and a couple of other touches. One of rooms had a impossibly tiny bathroom hence not 5 stars - would have to a contortionist to use it. Breakfast was great and worth the money.

Staff was excellent so helpful and polite. Hotel location great for the eurotunnel and Christmas market and surrounding area. We booked 3 twin rooms and got exactly that. Rooms were very clean although on the small size but not an issue as we were out all day. 2 rooms said showers were not to powerful but my room shower was powerful. We did not have breakfast which was 13.50euros but dining area did have a lovely balcony area. Overall I would return to this hotel as good value for money and great location and staff.

Great location, right across the street from Lille Flandre station. Restaurants are right below and shops are in very close proximity to hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious to be able to lay open suitcase flat! Staff was very professional.

Very central location, convenient for everything. Although I wasn't there to shop, it had everything from high end international stores to lovely bespoke shops. I'd recommend it!

Fantastic value, very well located property - 10 mins walk from Eurostar and 5 mins walk into the old town. Right over the road from the metro if you want to travel further out of the centre. Friendly staff, basic rooms but clean, comfy and excellent value. Our second time here and it won't be the last.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff gave us a warm welcome. The hotel is opposite Lille-Flandres station and 5-10 minute walk from Lille-Europe so very convenient. The room was very clean, bed was comfy and we were lucky to have a view over the Place and the station. Despite the central location it was quiet inside the room. Breakfast is very reasonably priced and really fresh and tasty. No air con but they provided us with a fan. I would definitely stay again if I ever return to Lille.

Good Value and Friendly Hotel in Lille

Directly opposite Lille Flanders Station. Very welcoming and helpful Reception Team. Good room size and comfortable bed. Superb breakfast facility with opportunity to sit on a good size terrace overlooking the Square. Again very pleasant and helpful staff.

Decent hotel in a central location
