"Beautiful, well decorated room with high ceilings!! A huge window that leads out to a private balcony with small table and chairs. Room was on the 2nd floor. The bed was super comfortable and had handcrafted pillow cases and runners. The bathroom had high ceilings, beautiful lighting and best smelling lotion. "Went to Merida for the first time and it was magical. The city itself has a lot to offer but honestly our stay at the hotel really made it for us. The entire staff including the owner made our stay so comfortable and fun. We stayed in the Tortuga room and it was super clean and comfortable. Had our own patio and hammock.
