Staying here in Mérida felt like stepping into a dream. The hotel is absolutely stunning — every detail was beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. From the atmosphere to the design, it made the entire experience feel magical. What made the stay even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel truly taken care of. If you’re looking for a beautiful escape in Mérida with amazing service, I can’t recommend this place enough. I already can’t wait to come back.

We would especially like to thank Bere, Jordi, Israel, Aaron, Moisés, as well as the impeccable teams in housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and the person who welcomed us so kindly upon our arrival. Hotel Cigno is not just a beautiful place—it is an experience. A space where hospitality feels genuine, where every gesture reflects dedication, and where you can truly disconnect and enjoy.
