"Wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es ist ein Mittelding zwischen AirBnb und Hotel. Die Betreiber waren sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

No cleaning but everything provided to keep apartment clean. Clean towels and toilet paper after 2 or 3 days. The only thing missing was a safe. "

"Our stay was excellent. The rooms were very clean; the whole hotel was kept very clean. There were drinking glasses; mugs and wine glasses in the room which was very good. The pool area was always very clean and tidy and was a joy to sit there. The staff were excellent - they were polite and friendly and happy to help at all times. "Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2.
