"The club lounge provided very limited food nowadays comparing to our previous stay. However the club lounge staff was very helpful and good service. "

"We just stayed one night, but the staff (Matteo.. and I can’t recall the woman’s name) were so welcoming and helpful. Room as expected, small but comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Only negative would be thin walls so we could hear other doors opening and people talking, but not super late. It was really quiet overnight."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful area, walking distance to the metro and surrounded by great restaurants and bakeries. The staff were all fantastic, and the hotel's theme is worth experiencing, if you are interested in literature or not. "I was quite disappointed with my stay at this property. The AC in my room wasn't working properly, I had to make two calls to the front desk before someone came to check the issue. The technician claimed to fix the issue, however, the issue remained. Two night crappy sleep due to malfunctioning AC. I also requested a wash cloth which I often do when travelling to other Marriott properties worldwide. Apparently they only have a few available and other guests had already requested them. A...
