"The main issues were: 1) the front desk lady wasn’t very nice. I asked about checking in early and she wasn’t able to accommodate - which is fine; rules are rules. However, her chuckle about it was not appreciated. 2) our room might have had the worst hotel mattress that I’ve ever experienced."

"Great stay for a weekend get-away. The hotel is next to the Tinley Park Convention Center so receives lots of business travelers. My husband and I were immediately impressed as we walked into our hotel room by some basic exercise equipment conveniently placed to give you a little workout in the room. So cool! the room was modern and very comfortable with a mini fridge and coffee station. Bed and pillows were great and we both slept well. Access was easy to I-80 and lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful with information, and it was a busy weekend with a couple of weddings and a graduation at the TCC, so the desk was always busy. Was told there's a restaurant and bar, which we didn't visit, but I'm sure it was nice. Highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again!"

"Staff are nice and helpful , Was missing some amenities “hand washing soap dispenser was empty i ask for a refill and never got it” Parking spacious and available Our Room had couple pf lights that’s not working asking for repairs and never got it The breakfast is variable and nice “some items ends early so try to go early” The bathroom could be cleaner,"

"The property and the room was exactly how I expected. The room has clean. Floors were spotless. Bed was super comfortable walking up to your room is disability friendly where there is a ramp if you are handicap. The lighting is a little dark for those visually impaired, but it works fine for me once I turned everything on#legallyblind to it is a great place to bring your partner a lot of opportunities for a lot of different experiences if you know what I mean."

"The check-in process was OK due to some confusion about what ID they required. The room itself was clean. Although this is the third Motel 6 I have stayed in where the bathroom door has been fixed due to what looks like someone trying to break it down. The carpark isn't in the best condition. Also I stayed over a Saturday and Sunday and there were only a few spots left on the Saturday. Conveniently located to public transport to get into Downtown Chicago."
