"All I can say is that we’re very proud and happy to stay here for the rest of our holiday one week here in Krakow in this good hotel 🥰all the services will come to us in a very special place and unforgettable experience ❤️🙏❤️Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to be with you all the staff especially your amazing team and the breakfast is always great🥰"

"Hotel room was nice and fairly large. Modern and clean… except for a little mess on my bed when I got there. I let them know though and they immediately corrected the issue. There is a little fridge/mini bar situation and the room service burger and potato wedges were good. It is further from the city center than I imagined but a quick inexpensive uber ride there and back. Not any close stores, it’s kind of in a residential area. I would stay there again though. Very nice place!"

"Apartment was very clean and spacious. It had 2 separate balconies. Plenty of towels also"

"There’s a bus stop right outside giving excellent access to old town and all the things to go see!"

"The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game)."

"Nice, clean place. I didn’t meet the staff but there really was no need. I would definitely recommend it."

"Great hotel in a great location. Breakfast was nice and the bar was good too. Nice clean cosy room and friendly professional staff. The only issue was the street outside got quite noisy during the night, though I'm sure that's normal for this area of Krakow. Really excellent value for money."

"I chose this Hotel based on location and good reviews about comfortable beds. The location was very central however it is on a very busy street and there is a lot of noise. The bed was the hardest I have ever slept on. I like a medium firm mattress but the mattress in our room was as hard as a rock and made for a very uncomfortable sleep, we stayed for four nights. other than the street noise which the Hotel has no control over the Hotel itself was very nice. The staff were pleasant but I...

"Great place to stay"
