"Amei tudo ! Atendimento excepcional dos funcionários, limpeza e hotel impecável nos mínimos detalhes ! A única coisa que ficou um pouco a desejar foi o café da manhã que tinha pouca variedade até mesmo pelo local ser pequeno e não repunham os alimentos ! Falta treinamento nos garçons ! De resto hotel nota 10 "

"We stayed in the most extraordinary room I have ever seen. All four windows overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The light at all hours was like a painting. The remote control shades gave you control of the amount of light you experienced. It was complely private but you could see the cathedrals and towers unobstructed.
The staff was minimal but very helpful and gracious. The linens were clean and high quality. An extraordinary place."

"We've just returned from.a 4 night stay and can't fault the hotel at all. Location was excellent, room was big, bed huge and very comfy! We only used the breakfast buffet once unfortunately as we were out & about very early but the choice was really good, we were well catered for! Staff were fab and very helpful. We will absolutely use this hotel again."
