My stay at Camplus was excellent. The rooms was spacious and the staff helped me with everything I needed. It is a modern building in comparison to the rest of the buildings in Bologna. Although it is more like a students residential the service were of a very good quality.

First of all, our biggest complaint was the room temperature. It was 77 degrees the entire time, and we complained several times. When I spoke to someone downstairs, they told me the AC gets shut off when the summer is over but it made our sleeping experience a nightmare. The staff was excellent, very polite and friendly. To be clear, this is NOT a hotel, it’s university housing and completely rundown. The condition of the housing is terrible, however, the room had a very clean bathroom, towels and bedding. The floors in the room were pretty gross but it was a big room. I wouldn’t stay here again. The pictures look extremely different than the rooms do in person. I will say that the included breakfast was outstanding. It was delicious! The location was also not convenient, we don’t mind taking public transportation but even that was a pain in the butt as the walk was long and inconvenient. We took Ubers each night back home. It’s a very cheap, no extras accommodation. This was not the place for my partner and I.

Great hotel and staff especially Sarah, Teresa, Adhora and Joel who were always extremely helpful and made sure that i had everything i needed during my stay. Free breakfast included everyday and close proximity to the train station make this the best choice when staying in Bologna

This place is amazing! Very new and clean. The staff were always kind and helpful. Lovely breakfast each morning. About 25 min walk to the main part of the city. I would definitely stay here again!

I would not return. The hotel is not as advertised, it's basically student accomodation which allows people to stay there too. One specific staff member made me not bother getting help from other staff, she was rude and unprofessional, I had an issue with cleaning and made to feel awkward and bad for asking. She ignored this request and ushered me away. I also arrived to a room with little to no shampoo/hand wash and again when I asked about this was told it's for the cleaners to do and not her problem. This was never sorted during my stay and I went and bought some from the shop down the road. The Fitness suite/gym was terrible. Cleanliness of the place was horrible with sweat still on machines, from days before. Lack of machines and weights made me have to look elsewhere to go for a workout and it doesn't look anything like the pictures. The food was ok, very basic and you were served by staff as if you were in a canteen in a school. The view from the room was the only positive but everything else was disappointing.
