Everything was great besides our check in. We got there early and expected to wait until 3pm since there was no early check in. Staff made us wait hours after to get in our room. Check in was a nightmare - almost an hour and the staff were rude. Bathroom was a joke. I've stayed in many hotels in Paris and yes rooms are small and bathrooms smaller but you couldn't even turn around in the shower and to sit on the toilet you had to turn sideways.
