"Bon emplacement, bon accueil et appartement très propre et calme."

"A lovely stay! Cristina is a wonderful owner/operator and very responsive. The room was nice, clean with very fresh sheets. I’m a clean freak and it passed all the tests. Everything was well-maintained. The breakfast was very nice. The location is a close walk to metro 2, a little far for the big attractions but a short walk to Navigli and also in a neighbourhood where you can avoid tourist food and eat well. The property also has an attached yard (where we had breakfast one day, so nice)...

"Clean, accessible to everything, well maintained place, good communication!"

"This is a great alternative to a hotel. Property had all of the amenities needed. The staff is friendly and the gym was great."

"Very nice hotel in Milan. Located near central Milan. Property is new, well maintained, spacious and modern designed. Room is very spacious with terrace. Bathroom is well designed and clean. Staffs are very nice and ready to help at anytime. Breakfast is not top notch but within luxury hotel grade. Will be back here very soon."

"Design, peace and tranquility. Staff was very helpful."

"Great property. Staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"nice place to stay"

"There are no staff on site to let people in. The property relies on WhatsApp to communicate with registered guests. This is not an app widely used in the US so I was unsure of the legitimacy of the request at first. The digital keys were challenging to use, mostly because the names of the different doors was in italian and I wasn't sure which was which."

"Breakfast waa lovely, there was a great choice. Hotel in a lovely area with lovely resturants & Bars. Hotel room had loose fitting plug socket, No aircon! Room was very hot.Water splash marks on shower screen and tiles, cracked shower tray. Hotel is marked as a 4 star, we felt it was more of a 3 star."

"I appreciate all Expedia's assistance and being the professional Vendor that they have been for me for all these years. When I came back and asked them to get us a refund for the night that we arrived at the residence with no AC/hot water working and having technician in our place until midnight trying to fix it only saying that he cannot. We were offered two choices at midnight to stay the night or leave and book another room with another place. We chose to stay for that night because we were...

"Room had a perfect layout and space was efficiently designed. Room amenities were more than what we expected Well located within 5 min walk to metro station. Area was quite and clean."

"Ruim appartement, supermarkt in de buurt, Metrostation t.o. appartement"
