"L’emplacement"

"Overall good. The staff was friendly and personable. Breakfast could have been better"

"nice clean rooms, smart tvs"

"It was a clean hotel with very helpful staff, but the decor could use some improvement (dated and very gray). That said I would happily stay there again due to those two factors and its close proximity to the Montreal Metro."

"The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room had a mini-fridge and a suitcase stand, which were useful. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes' walk to a hub Metro station, from which it's very easy to get around Montreal. However, the room is very small and the bathroom is tiny, which is fine if you're only using it as a place to sleep."

"The bathrooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, but the floor was poor quality with many cracks"

"Nice room, quiet location, easy access to metro"

"Friendly staff and great breakfast. Thanks for such a great stay."

"We have stayed here before several times. Wonderful place friendly staff clean and tidy. Modern and stylish. The restaurant attached is very nice great service amazing food.. will absolutely stay again next time."

"The location was great, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower also had good water pressure. However, we had issues with the TV during our stay. We reached out for assistance and answered a few troubleshooting questions, but the team completely stopped communicating and never resolved the issue. As a result, we didn't have a working TV at night. disappointed in the lack of follow-through and amenities we didn’t get to use."

"Beautiful historic building, well maintained. One hiccup, no one checking in that same day received codes for room number and easy access. Second hiccup, no place indoor or online access to check out. My sister left at 7h30 and us at 8h30, no check out possible. Love the area and proximity to our family meet ups at Mme Smith karaoke bar and close to the restaurant Les Canailles."

"The smoked salmon, yogurt, and croissants at breakfast were delicious. The location was very convenient, right near Notre-Dame Cathedral."

"Like fairytale!"

"It was a charming and exceptionally well maintained townhouse with multiple clean and beautiful rooms. It's close to an amazing park and many eateries in the Plateau Mont Royal area. Also close to public transit and other amenities needed for a comfortable weekends stay in Montreal!"

"Bathroom was very dirty. The tub did not drain, and there was lots of dirty in the corners and mould in the bathroom tiles"

"We really appreciated its location - we were close to many places we wanted to see. The unit was very clean and it was on a quiet street."
