AcomodaĆ§Ć£o

Estadia muito boa. SĆ³ achei meio estranho o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ ser servido as 8h. Geralmente o cafĆ© Ć© servido mais cedo, pra liberar o pessoal pra fazer os passeios e curtir a cidade. Esse foi o Ćŗnico ponto. A acomodaĆ§Ć£o e atendimento foram excelente.

Poderia ser melhor

Poderia ser uma estadia boa, o cafĆ© Ć© gostoso, tem variedades durante os dias, varios tipos de pĆ£es, bolos, e etc. SĆ³ o suco que poderia ter outroa sabores, nos 5 dias que fiquei foi oferecido apenas suco de laranja mas estava gostoso. O maior problema sĆ£o as instalaƧƵes, meu quarto no primeiro dia ja identifiquei que o chuveiro nĆ£o estava esquentando. Comuniquei a recepĆ§Ć£o que trocou o chuveiro no dia seguinte. A cama/colchao extremamente duro e desconfortĆ”vel. No terceiro dia estava chovendo e comeƧaram varias goteiras no quarto, fui a recepĆ§Ć£o e comuniquei e disseram que iam verificar enquanto fui jantar. Na volta o rapaz colocou um toalha na goteira e dpa percebi mais 3 pontoa de goteira no quarto. Fui reclamar e me colocaram em outro quarto mas que estava com o mesmo problema, avisei eles e me disseram.que iriam dar uma olhada no dia seguinte, mas dormi com barulho de goteira no quarto. Ainda bem que so faltavam mais duas noites. Fui com minha familia e no quarto da minha mae o ar condicionado nao funcionava. O wifi Ć© horrivel e nao funciona, a internet movel funciona melhor. A area de piscina Ć© boa e limpa. Enfim os funcionĆ”rios sao prestativos e educados mas falta manutenĆ§Ć£o e uma estrutura melhor para os hospedes, tinha tufo para ser uma pousada melhor.

Perfeitos Pousada Mar Azul.

Foi uma viagem maravilhosa. A pousada Mar Azul e super aconchegante e a limpeza e perfeita. Quando cheguei jĆ” era tarde e fui muito bem recepcionada. Todos na pousada sĆ£o atenciosos fora que me inseriram em um passeio de escuna com uma parceria maravilhosa, ou seja, cuidam de nĆ³s atĆ© mesmo fora da estadia. Cidade linda. Voltarei mais vezes.

NĆ£o tem vaga no estacionamento para todos os hĆ³spedes, tendo que deixar em alguns momentos na beira da piscina, atendimento bem devagar da recepĆ§Ć£o. Quarto com cheiro de mofo e ar condicionando jorrando Ć”gua, foi concertado no segundo dia, mas nĆ£o tinha quarto para trocar. Condensadora do ar condicionado do quarto ao lado fica na janela do quarto que ficamos, muito barulho. ƚnico ponto positivo Ć© o cafĆ© da manhĆ£, muito bem servido e fresco.

Hotel bem legal, localizaĆ§Ć£o excelente, porem teve alguns pontos que deixou desejar!!! CafĆ© da manha bem desorganizado e sem controle do numero de pessoas, estacionamento com numero insuficiente de vagas, em um dia meu carro ficou preso pois nĆ£o localizaram os donos dos outros carros.

No dia que chegamos, a suĆ­te que estava reservada era a 19, porĆ©m jĆ” tinha hĆ³spede nesse quarto, e jĆ” era quase 00:30 e o funcionĆ”rio teve que bater na porta para informar que o quarto jĆ” estava reservado. Por fim, mudaram nosso quarto para o 21.. isso de sĆ”bado para domingo.. na segunda de madrugada, bateram na nossa porta e estĆ”vamos todos dormindo tambĆ©m, e era de uma pizzaria. nĆ£o tem controle, porque acordamos assustados e nem era pra gente.. Enfim, o quarto estava limpo, cafĆ© da manhĆ£ no domingo estava bem cheio

A Pousada Ć© tranquila e na chegada fomos muito bem recebidos! O quarto Ć© pequeno, mas limpinho e agradĆ”vel! Ficamos no quarto 27. Coisas boas: Tranquilidade, atendimento na recepĆ§Ć£o e Ć³timo custo-benefĆ­cio. Coisas que podiam melhorar: frigobar enferrujado, chuveiro esquenta, mas ao mesmo tempo cai agua gelada (coisa estranha, mesmo com a Ć”gua quente cai uns fios de Ć”gua gelada). Coisas ruins: nĆ£o tem serviƧo de arrumaĆ§Ć£o (pelo menos pra gente nĆ£o teve!), cafĆ© da manhĆ£ estava bom, mas no nosso Ćŗltimo dia, parecia que a cozinha estava abandonada. Alimentos estava em pratinhos e embalados, com apenas duas ou trĆŖs opƧƵes. Nenhum funcionĆ”rio pra orientar... Cheguei a ficar na dĆŗvida se poderia ou nĆ£o comer. FICARIA NOVAMENTE: NƃO
