She went to great lengths to help us with any issues and we so enjoyed her lovely personality and helpful referrals about great places to eat. Even saw her at a restaurant she had recommended to us and she and her daughter stopped to chat with us. Her daughter was extremely personable and a delight to know as well. "The staff was wonderful and friendly. Niels in particular was very kind. The breakfast buffet (paid) was very good and the bottle filler was a nice touch in the lobby. I was surprised that the room was a little dated considering how nice the lobby was. Carpet was a bit dingy and the lack of shower door was a mess, causing water to spill out of the shower and onto the floor. "
