Excellent staff, awesome breakfast food. It is located in a very nice area, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also close to museums and touristy stuff.

Lovely, quaint Hotel smack bang in the middle of town. Staff very attentive and delicious breakfast. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, large room, good location

Large room which was clean. Missing teaspoons, bottle opener and only had 3 teabags, but otherwise great Only downside was that room 6 is next to the hotel reception and I was woken both mornings earlier than I would have liked by noise ( voices and the sound of plates and cups etc) But overall a great stay with friendly staff, would recommend.

Great location, walking distance from city center, stores and multiple tram lines. Beautiful hotel with a very calming decor. Not a chain hotel either, so it feels very personal and the staff is very friendly.

Mooie onderscheidende locatie. Kwalitatief goed gevoel. Nadeel is dat er geen 24uurs receptie is: ‘s nachts was er een storend brommend/trillend geluid over de binnenplaats van het hotel (leek vanaf het dak te komen). Daar kan je dan niet even vragen aan iemand om te kijken wat dit is en of dit opgelost kan worden, en het was ook niet iets om het noodnummer van het hotel te bellen. Maar goed, ik snap dat een wat kleiner hotel geen 24 uurs receptie kan hebben

Die Einrichtung vom Hotel ist ein absoluter Hingucker. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und super ausgestattet. Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit nur manchmal ein wenig unbeholfen. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, auch für das Frühstück. Insgesamt einfach spitze.

En skjult perle i hjertet af Den Haag – Hotel Fagel Vores ophold på Hotel Fagel var intet mindre end fantastisk. Fra det øjeblik vi trådte ind, blev vi mødt af en varm og personlig atmosfære, som man sjældent finder på hoteller i dag. Personalet var utroligt imødekommende og gjorde alt for at få os til at føle os hjemme. Hotellets indretning er både stilfuld og hyggelig – en perfekt blanding af klassisk charme og moderne komfort. Værelset var rummeligt og smagfuldt dekoreret. Beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre. Hotel Fagel ligger centralt, men alligevel fredeligt, med nem adgang til både kulturelle seværdigheder og hyggelige caféer. Det føltes som at bo midt i byen, men med roen fra et privat hjem. Morgenmaden var en sand fornøjelse – frisk, varieret og serveret med kærlighed. Det var tydeligt, at der var lagt tanke og omhu i hver eneste detalje. Alt i alt var Hotel Fagel en uforglemmelig oplevelse. Jeg kan varmt anbefale det til alle, der søger en autentisk og behagelig base i Den Haag. Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage!

Väldigt stort rum men tråkigt det låg bredvid ett café som inte respekterade tider för när det skulle vara tyst. Frukosten var väldigt basic liksom hela hotellet och för det priset hade jag förväntat en högre standard. Hallen var väldigt smutsigt men hotellrummet upplevdes som ren.

Hôtel atypique très sympa idéalement situé pour visiter le centre. L’hôtel est accolé à un pub donc assez bruyant en début de soirée, passé 00h00 le calme revient. Petit déjeuner très bien et complet.

Toller Standort, der mit Beeinträchtigungen daherkommt (starker Frittengeruch aus den riesigen Dunstabzugshaubenschächten). Unschön war es, dass uns beim Auschecken -trotz sichtbar 2 Kleinkindern als Anhang- die City Tax doppelt abgerechnet wurde. Erst zwei Mails und nach Kommunikation mit Expedia wurde uns bestätigt, dass die doppelte Abbuchung uns in den nächsten Tagen zurückgeführt werde. Das ist ein fader Beigeschmack bei ansonsten wirklich freundlichem Personal.

Centralt og serviceminded

Jeg var nogle dage i Haag og boede fint på de Salon. Hotellet ligger centralt og ved siden af både jazzbar med god mad og irsk pub og mange andre spise-/drikkemuligheder. Der er kun bemanding i receptionen til kl 20, men selvom jeg kom senere var det let at finde ud af nøgler. Der er ingen elevator, men mange værelser i stueetagen hvis det er et problem. Generelt er servicen rigtig god og jeg fik hjælp til at købe museumsbilletter og taxa. Mit værelse var stort og havde stort badeværelse med nyindrettet bruser og badekar. Det var alt i alt pengene værd.
