"Had a warm welcome at arrival, with lots of useful information from passionate hosts. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and great inviting showers. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! Ortiga was beautiful, great food, lots to see and do. "

"Beautiful villa and wonderful staff. You do need a car to get anywhere. WIFI only works for the phone not a laptop. Breakfast is a croissant and a cup of coffee."

"The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged. "

"We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip and we got this huge loft style apartment room which was super cool! They had left us some treats which was very nice :) The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the swimming access point which is amazing. They charge 5 euros per beach towel if you want to rent it, and have a mini fridge stacked (with extra charges) of drinks. The service was amazing! One feedback is the breakfast was repetitive, it would be cool to see some more options for hot...

"First time in Syracuse and this hotel perfectly met our needs in terms of facilities and location. It’s expensive - especially for the sea view rooms, but they are very nice and the view is lovely from them. I would use this hotel again if staying in Syracuse."

"Everything was excellent. I didn't give five stars for the area around the property because it is currently undergoing renovations so we had to walk the longer way round to reach Isola di Ortigia (about twenty minutes). It will be perfect once the promenade is completed. There is a little sandy beach five minutes walk from the hotel that nobody seems to know about. We were one of only two other couples there so we pretty much had it to ourselves. "
