"We received a wonderfully warm welcome to the hotel from professional and attentive staff. We were on holiday to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. They should inform you better about the parking reservations because on their website shows they have parking on site, but it’s just for people that reserve the parking and there is no way to reserve the parking through Expedia as well so they should advertise me a little bit better room wasn’t that clean I’ve been to hotels in Alicante, that was cleaner this one was definitely not it in the shower didn’t function correctly. "Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us.
