"Wonderful experience. beautiful room and wonderful amenities"

"Great staff, location"

"A very nice place to stay, 2 min drive to the airport. The hotel is clean, very well maintained. The ladies at the front desk very nice and friendly. We liked everything about the hotel. However, the house keeping desires be better: garbage was not removed, beds not made, dirty towels not replaced."

"Loved all the amenities and the access to the beach and great restaurants"

"Loved the location and the view!"

"New hotel with nice basics. Hot breakfast with frittatas and bacon, several cereals and milk. Some things missing but supplies are hard to get after the hurricane. Room was clean and hotel was quiet except for downstairs area with pool table. Outdoor pool nice but no hot tub. Wish they would add beer or wine to their items you could purchase at the desk area. Nice coffee and tea 24/7"

"All was good here. Thank you"

"Breakfast was included and nice to have but more variety would have been nice."

"My main problem started immediately. After 5 years of staying there they sprung a $15 dollar a day parking fee on with no prior notification. I had payed for 8 nights. Hurricane run is out of town half way through. It was a voluntary evacuation so they weren't legally bound to refund the nights forfeited. Understood , but come on refund parking fee. No empathy what so ever. Money grab on the parking fee. Won't be going back. Still pissed off. Where's the Tylenol?."

"Room was clean, staff were nice and breakfast was fresh and delicious. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We will come back again"

"Staff dont know anything about customer service"

"Great"
