"Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer toegewezen maar toen we er net zaten kwam er een ander gezelschap binnen die dezelfde kamer hadden gekregen. Wij werden dan naar een oudere minder luxueuze kamer verplaatst aan de zwembadkant met meer geluidshinder tot gevolg. Het hotel en de voorzieningen zouden prachtig kunnen zijn maar het voelt een beetje als vergane glorie. Sergio, de gids die de wandeling doet is heel vriendelijk en kent veel van de fauna en flora. Personeel aan de onthaalbalie zou wat...

"This is a wonderful “back to nature” experience. It is in the rainforest - expect rainforest conditions. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is in an amazing location but needs a little updating while I appreciate that there is constant moisture in the air, some areas could be updated / painted and maintained a little better. Our stay here was still wonderful regardless."

"Basic, decent clean room with working shower and A/C. The property appears more rundown than photos would suggest but there is a pool that appears to be in good working order. Breakfast was convenient and cheap. Quiet and safe location. We prefer to stay walkable to Casco Viejo so it seemed far to us but the price was good if you don’t mind Uber or you have a car. Friendly and accommodating staff."

"It wasn't a horrible stay but I wouldn't stay there again. I'll start with the negatives and finish with the positives. -s The hotel is very dated and looks like it. The sink in my room drained very slowly and the faucet in the tu dropped continuosly. Many of the outlets didn't work. But in all fairness that may have been me. Outlets that didn't work for worked after housekeeping plugged things into them. The location in my opinión wasn't very good. Limited choices of restaurants in walking...

"Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight."

"Credit Card was skimmed at the Marina Hotel/restaurant. Only used this particular card in one place during my days in Panama...at check-in, and to pay for a pizza at the restaurant. Had unauthorized charges less than 3 hours later."
