Scrupulously clean with excellent water pressure and a comfortable bed. It's quite spartan, but that likely helps with the cleanliness. The location is excellent, very central and walkable.

Simply fantastic

What a spectacular place in a quaint area full of life!!! It is also near the center where you can take the airport bus (8 min walk). The staff was very welcoming as well.

We loved our stay at Hostal Pons!! The property was gorgeous with an authentic vibe. There was also lots of shared space in the property for us to remote work on a few occasions but overall was centrally located with lots of gorgeous bars and restaurants close by.

Beautiful and perfect location

Would definitely recommend Hostal Pons! The property itself is beautiful and the location is so convenient, right in the centre of Palma. Victoria was very welcoming and friendly and the rooms/bathrooms were kept very clean. If you're looking for a cheaper option definitely book, we had a very pleasant stay

Fabulous, higly recommended! Perfect location, excellent hosting, very spacious room with a comfortable bed. Quiet and safe environment, very stylish decoratied. Congrats and a huge thank you to all the employers for keeping the hotel in such an exceptionally clean condition.

Fantastic location for exploring the old town and short walk from the airport bus station. I loved this city and all its narrow alleys. Hostal Pons is in a old palau with antique decor and furniture which made my stay even more exiting. It's staying in a piece of history. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend booking a room facing the court because facing the alley can get loud. Hostel Pons is super clean and provides basic necessities. My bed was very confortable with a nice duvet. My room had it's own ac/heating unit.

Liked the authentic old house! The room was big and luminous. The bed comfortable. Everything was clean. Personals very polite and helpful. But the aseos/ toilets did not have a sink to wash hands after.. only in the bathroom hot water and hooks to hang your clothing.So please choose a room with private bathroom. Because the situation of the hostel is just perfect!!!

Loved the style of the property. Room was okay, nice and clean, shower & toilet new and fresh. Only problem was on the steps(2 of) to the shower (I was in room 19) there is a sharp piece of pipe protruding from the riser and it caught my bare foot and made a bad cut. I'm only raising this as I left early in the morning and could not relay the message. Hopefully this can be made safe for future visitors.

Nine nights in Palma

No frills accommodation in a lovely old property in the centre of the old town : walk thru the front door and it's like entering a different world away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city . The accomodation is basic , single room on top floor with a comfy bed , sink and recently installed air conditioning unit plus reliable free WiFi. Unless there are ensuites only two bathrooms with recently installed excellent showers between all the rooms , and four toilets if you include the shower rooms , yet there was never an issue getting access when needed and the brother and sister running the place were constantly cleaning these areas which were spotless . It was a quiet stay for nine nights using Palma as a base to go walking and exploring the island using the excellent red/yellow buses from the interchange, 15 minutes walk from the hostel . There's an excellent supermarket 5 minutes walk away in El Corte Ingles ,a communal fridge for guests to store items would be a welcome addition to the hostel . Additionally the single room on the top floor needs a curtain or blind over the small window that looks out on the communal patio . The room was cleaned with fresh bedding and towels every 2nd day except for some reason on the last day . No frills accommodation which worked just fine for what I wanted .
