Indian Wells Resort Hotel
The beds were awful, like blow up beds on a frame. The bathroom was so patched together, poorly I might add, there was an active leak from the room above us and the toilet was hard pressed to flush. While maintenance was very attentive the room should have been marked out of order.

The Dunes Hotel
Customer service was excellent. The location of the hotel is awesome. You can walk to shopping restaurants lounges. It's an older hotel that has been remodeled. Nice pool area. The rooms are pretty basic but what really made our stay enjoyable was the staff

The Saguaro Palm Springs
Although we only stayed for one night, we found the Saguaro quite nice. The lobby was bright, the front desk staff was friendly, and the room was clean.
