Check-in was supposed to be 4pm but room was not ready till 5pm so we had to wait around till cleaners where done

The Dunes Hotel
I really wanted to love this place. But they have been holding my $100 deposit since I checked out on Feb 13th today being the 26th. All I got was a generic sorry and blame to my bank. Ridiculous

Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas
Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. LOVE the pool areas. So many options for everyone. Room was very nice and spacious. Will be back!
