"For the price and location its worth it if on a budget in the Bahamas. Its location is very convenient to the airport. Also you are able to walk to the beach across the street. If you are looking for fancy and very high end accommodations, this place will disappoint. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a coffee/breakfast shop in the lobby that was very nice."

"The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. "

"Place was clean beds and pillows comfortable. Waiters/staff around pool not efficient they don’t walk around often enough, just not great service around pool area. Nice facilities breakfast was great but $39 for eggs and potatoes daily was quite steep. Place was in great area in the middle of many places walkable to straw Market nice and convenient"

"Staff are wonderful and amazing! John was very respectful and let us check in early and check out later than usual so we would have a good trip. Chris and Shania helped me plan my proposal to my girlfriend and it could not have gone any better! Treasure was very sweet and helped me with everything I asked for. I had a really bad headache one day and Juan gave me some of his Ibuprofen to help. Marcie was also a great help with getting us a taxi late at night and giving us information about where...

"Fruit flys and ants everywhere. The tv and phone did not work the week we were there, they would come try and fix and we would leave to only come back and it still not work. 18 year olds running up and down the hall from 11pm till 5am every night. The worst liquor possible unless you waited till dinner time and went to the piano bar. Minimal buffet food but it was repetitive. Unfortunately the staff wasn’t much better. Such a disappointing week!"

"The costumer service is terrible, I haven't seen never such bad costumer service. Ar the front desk Miguel terrible, all staff really bad except one person and her name is Jazmin. Never going back to that hotel and I won't recommend it"

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."
