We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were extraordinary, the room was stunning and breakfast was the best we've ever had! We will definitely visit Palermo again and plan on staying at Palco!

Great location, excellent service

The staff were very helpful and efficient, particularly when our arrival time changed. They recommended restaurants and tours and made our stay great. Coffee maker and magnifying mirror were nice extras.

Horrible.

Horrible experience! with the front desk staff and also with the room. Make sure not to book the single room in the side building because that is some depressing room with the window opening to elevator shaft. Tiny, smelly and seriously depressing. Had a couple of requests from the front desk, it may be the language barrier but, the reaction I got was rather rude.. The neighborhood is amazing, the hotel is very well located but if you have to stay at the very center, maybe look somewhere else...

Hotel was very nice. Service was excellent. Massimo was very attentive and caring. Hotel is staffed only part of the day which could be a negative for some guests. Hotel is very small. Great location.

Wonderful boutique hotel

This small hotel is in the center of everything. Our room was very quite. we had a lovely breakfast every morning in a room overlooking the opera house. The hotel staff are exceptional and their attention to detail is excellent. The room we had is exactly as pictured. The hotel secured our travel arrangements for our stay in Sicily. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Palermo.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in September 2013. I would rate Palco extremely highly in all aspects of any hotel guest rating tool.The staff are very friendly, the room was spotless and the location was perfect in my opinion for a city break.

Hotellilla on loistava sijainti vastapäätä oopperaa. Toiseen suuntaan pääsee tutustumaan vanhaan kaupunkiin ja toiseen suuntaan parhaisiin kauppoihin. Huoneet olivat tilavat ja todella kauniit. Recently open, next to splendid Massimo Theater and within walking distance to major sites to visit. Bus stop one minute away. Airport pick-up available and recommended for a fee. Das Hotel "Palco Rooms & Suites" ist ein neu renoviertes, sehr modernes, sauberes Hotel in hervorragender zentraler Lage direkt in Palermo mit äußerst freundlichem serviceorientierten Betreibern. Wer Italienisch, Deutsch oder Englisch spricht, kommt damit im Hotel wunderbar zurecht. Tolles vielseitiges Frühstück mit schönem Blick aus dem Frühstücksraum auf kulturelle Gebäude. Die Zimmer mit Badezimmern sind außergewöhnlich modern und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Glück, als erste Gäste in diesem neuen Hotel untergebracht zu werden. Ich kann dieses Hotel in vollem Umfang weiter empfehlen.
