"It was heavily raining when we reached the hotel. The main gate was locked. The hotel staff took so long to open the gate for us to get in. We got drenched completely by the time they opened the gate. When we got into the room after the registration, horrified to see the room full of cockroaches all over. Bed sheets were not changed from earlier occupancy. Could not sleep since the cockroaches were on all over the bed. Next morning, there were no facilities to have a cup of coffee before...

"They gave a free upgrade without telling me. Room is smelling with paint and full of mosquitoes. Moved to another downgraded room which also smells some foul smell but better than the club room. However this downgraded room does not get hot water supply and they could not resolve even after 30 mins. Service Unreliable if you are in a rush."
