Overall, Radisson is a great hotel. It is convenient to get to the airport, and to the city. The amenities and staff are great. I landed in Chennai early morning and had to add an extra night for the prior day outside of Expedia booking. Hence the hotel staff kept calling me while I was sleeping at night for bill payments outside of Expedia. Similarly, I wanted to make slight modifications to my Expedia booking but the hotel manager, Molly never responded to Expedia. Those are the reasons I am giving a 4 star to my review.

The staff was great. The room was beautiful. But maintenance was lacking. The iron would not work. The hair dryer was missing. Breakfast was a good spread, but most of the food was barely lukewarm ( i went to breakfast around 9am, which is a pretty reasonable time).

Radisson Blu the place to stay

Very spacious room, courteous staff and close to the airport. Food at the restaurant is really tasty, especially the breakfast with lot of choice. Overall, definitely my choice of place to stay when I visit Chennai next time.
