"The staff is amazing. Breakfast is fantastic. The pool lounges need new cushions and the new ones aren't comfortable. The towels are looking worn out. The price has gone up but needs a little sprucing up. I will be back because its still fantastic. Love the staff"

"The Amari is in a perfect location while visiting Hau Hin. A lovely oasis with a huge swimming pool, great gym, comfortable rooms, and a more than sufficient breakfast buffet. There is a poolside restaurant. The staff is friendly and efficient, especially the ones behind the scenes, in housekeeping, the front door, and parking lot. A golf cart shuttle will whisk you down to a beachfront where there is a restaurant, but there is not much of a beach. Did not swim in bay. The hotel is very close to walk to the Tamarind and Cicada weekend night markets, yet far enough from the hustle of the main centre. There is a complimentary daily shuttle that you can sign up for at the front desk to visit the Blueport Mall or Market Village. Try the delectable Thai food at the mall’s food court! Getting around the area in a Grab is seamless. The Amari is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a sunshine holiday. "

"An amazing stay. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Loved the large pool villa we had. Our full board package was a good deal. The Happy Hour here doesn’t include soft drinks, or juices (I’m teetotal) but there was a selection of alcoholic drinks and wine. The staff in Luna La Pran were amazing and really looked after us as did the breakfast team. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and stocked with the necessities. Thank you to the whole team who work here to keep the place relaxing, tranquil and beautiful. We will be back in the future. "
