"Great location, 2 mins away from Paddington Station which has brilliant shops. Lots of places near by to get food and drink. Room was spotless and so was bathroom, good shower and lots of towels which were replaced each day . Free water in reception and bottles to fill up to take to room was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful"

"The area had lots of unhoused individuals, males in the area made females feel uncomfortable. We would not leave the hotel after dark. This location is close to a hospital, ambulance sirens can be heard regularly 24/7"
