"Excellent location, easily walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. Felt safe and easy parking. We were concerned our car may have been over height, there is a 6ft limit but we got in fine. However you can also use the parking in the hotel opposite which has a greater height allowance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, bright and had everything you could need. Breakfast was good but extremely busy, we had to queue for approx 25 mins one morning as we came down a little later.

"Spent a day exploring, riding the aqua-bus/ferry (only $1 to cross the bay!) to see the shops and wrapped up the evening with dinner at the Maya restaurant, Fuego. While dining, we enjoyed watching pelicans and herons flying over the waterfront. Slept well in our clean and cozy bed, with a delicious breakfast at the same restaurant in the morning.
All staff were friendly and welcoming, ending with the hotel shuttle service to the Catalina ferry, too!
