"Fascinating former prison beautifully converted to a showstopper hotel. Amazing property with hundreds of years of history, and beautiful rooms. A real highlight!"

"Best location in Oxford. Love the roof top bar. Great for photos. Sunday roast delicious. Amazing Spa & Gym. And lounge loved using throughout the day. Perfect hotel best staff!!! Thank you"

"Wonderful all around!"

"Lovely property, definitely not a hotel for anyone with physical challenges due to steep narrow winding stairs and no elevator. Delicious golden syrup shortbread treats in the room daily. Super kind and helpful staff that pre-arranged our pick-up and return to the airport at a fixed price of 125 pounds."

"No elevator Breakfast is located outside of hotel."
