"This was a quaint, comfortable, clean stay about 12-15 minutes from the IU campus. Staff was warm and welcoming."

The hot tub and pool had frost on it so was unable to be used, my bathroom light didn't work, the heat in my room didn't work we had to pay $163 deposit which we did not get back and we left the room cleaner then what we found it! Blood spots on sheets! There was rotten molded meat and curdled milk in the filthy refrigerator, not to mention the smell of weed through the hallways and Drug deals that everyone in my family watched, they didn't even try to hide it! it was a horrible experience all the way around after seeing that the deposit was completely taken out of my account my husband and I both called the front desk and each person we talked to said that they would call us back we never did hear back from them I filed a complaint with corporate we weren't going to say anything about our horrible stay until they did not return our deposit. we paid too much already and for them to keep the deposit is just plain stealing! I definitely would not recommend to anyone! "

"Our stay was a quick two night stay for my son’s music audition at Jacob’s. Check in and out was smooth, staff pleasant and breakfast/24hr coffee was nice. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a good location between Jacob’s and other parts of town you’ll want to see. We will be back if this (Bloomington, Indiana) is where the universe puts our son. "

"The room looked like it had not been vacuumed at all, the shower was covered with long black hair and there was no body soap in the shower and no facial tissue to be found. We will not be staying with this company again!"

"Over all the place was a good place. When we went to check in the woman at the front desk was a little rude when she realized we knew nothing about the locals $250 security deposit but other than that it was a nice and clean stay."
