Upon arrival there were dead bugs in the room. Front desk service was very nice. He didn't report the bugs as it seemed as if the room we had hadn't been used in awhile. Other than cosmetic issues in the bathroom our stay was great. Hot tub in the room was great.

Diamond in the rough

The exterior of the hotel did not appear to be well kept. The lobby was very clean. Checking in was easy. The room was very nice and clean. The bathtub did not appear to be clean and water was standing in the tub. Otherwise the bathroom was clean.

I choose the location by Expedia & they miss informed that the poll is NOT INSIDE! Therefore our joy of activity for children was limited by weather and time! Sad such a large facility not being used to its full capacity. Upgrade to a nice big pool inside ,it might survive another 10 years! Staff shared the room location but forgot to inform using the elevator was up by the front doors not back stairs case.

I was very disappointed in our stay. When we walked in the staff was friendly. The hotel smelled good, but when we walked in our room, number 108 it was bad! Photos will be attached. It smelled very musky. The towels were damp in the room, we thought maybe they just put them there and they weren’t dried all the way. The bathroom was in very bad condition and that’s where all the moisture was coming from. My husband left his duffel bag on the carpet and the next morning it was damp and everything in it! I told my concerns to the front desk the next morning. To try to be positive the staff was fine, the hotel itself didn’t smell just our room and breakfast was nice in the morning. There is definitely a mold problem in the bathroom that is not good for people!

It was a decent place. Linens had a stain and the blanket smelt kinda funny. But we just took them off and used our own. Other then that room was pretty clean and nobody bothered us.

Rather pricey for condition of room

There were cobwebs in the room and the door security latch was completely missing. There was no lock on the bathroom door and the door itself was peeling. The air conditioning system had a musty smell to it. The blinds on the patio door were broken and had pieces missing. However, staff behind the front desk was very responsive and friendly.
