"Staff and location is excellent. Parking at city hall across the street from 6am to 6pm is $20 mon-fri, $2 sat-sun and 6pm to 6am is $2 any day. I recommend Farm Boys for your grocery supplies. The room didn't have a microwave, but if you ask the staff, i wouldn't be surprised if they bring you one. Lots of food options on Elgin st., Bank st. and Byward mkt. Kids loved the pool, which came with hot tub and dry sauna. My 11yo son liked the luxurious feel and character of the place. We appreciated...

"Staff was very friendly. Easy check in. Parking garage has limited large vehicle parking. We paid to use the garage but had to park outside as there were no spots left for the truck. If you are planning to use the kitchen, bring your own dish soap. "
