"I grew up in Fes. I know traditional. This is traditional/modern. I like the vibe. It’s not “stenciled” over a normal wall. This is true craftsmanship everywhere. The house can be quiet and one feels awkward speaking out loud. But truly amazing. The shades close and darken the room which was amazing for my jet lag when I needed dark. "I had a lovely short stay in the Riad with my family. With 3 adults and two little children, the bunk beds added lots of excitement ! The owner and staff onsite are incredibly welcoming and kind. The Moroccan breakfast was delicious, generous and so pleasant as we were sat in the quiet patio on a clear and bright day. The Riad itself is an authentic small riad typical of the Moroccan old towns (Medina) -it’s been kept simple with no sophistication but in very good shape. It’s not very...

"Absolutely wonderful, spectacularly restored and modernized traditional riad in the Medina. Omar is super nice and multilingual. The owner was very interesting to speak with and super nice, as well. We were just amazed by the detailed, beautiful restoration work (and original tiling) that was done in this riad. They are rightfully proud of it."

"The breakfast nwas only served starting at 9am. So if you have any activities planned, you will surely miss it - which seems to be the reason it is at 9am. The place was well located at the entrabce of the medina, but the problem is that there was no staff on hand. Ever. When we got there, tired from our travels, the door was locked and no one to answer it. A tenant had to come down to open it for us and then fianlly someone showed up to give us a room."
