Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

PELIGRO! ESTAFA!

Llegamos al hotel a las 23:00 en un día lluvioso, y nos dijeron que no tenían nuestra reserva, a pesar de mostrársela impresa. Nos dieron como “solución alternativa” hospedarnos en otro Riad a cambio de 50 euros, sin factura ni otra documentación. Dada las horas, aceptamos la estafa y reserve otro Riad al día siguiente. No recomendaría este hotel bajo ningún concepto.
