Amazing bed, breakfast and dinner. Spa is breathtaking and has 2 sauna rooms facing the city. Soundproof could be better if you are sensitive to noise. But with the spa and nice staff I would go back again.

We had an issue with a broken door lock and had to move rooms, which took some time and disrupted our sightseeing plans. However, the staff handled it well and were very apologetic and helpful. Citybox Brussels Centre Louise
Room is spacious, floor had some weird stains, and the bathroom has a frosted door which we did not find appropriate for a family. You could see the person on the toilet or undressing.

Easy check in, polite staff. Clean room and bathroom. Lovely gesture of bottles water in room. 15min walk to Grande place. Felt safe as a group of females travelling to the markets
