"All the staff displayed excellent customer service. Very accommodating. The only negative there were no charging ports in the rooms just standard plugs."

"The hotel was okay overall. It was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, but it’s quite out of the way, so getting to and from attractions took more time than expected. There wasn’t anything particularly special or memorable about the property itself. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and any questions easy to deal with."

"Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Brüssel in einer wunderschönen Wohngegend. Das Hotel ist noch ziemlich neu, wodurch alle Zimmer sehr modern und großzügig geschnitten sind. Das Frühstück ist gut und vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein riesiger Parkplatz, wo man umsonst parken kann. Das dazugehörige Clubhaus, wo sich auch der Pool und die Sauna befindet, bewegt sich nicht auf den Niveau des Hotels."

"Great location in a hip neighborhood. Rooms were very quiet as it seemed the place was full of families and children but we didn’t hear a peep. Free water and coffee all day. Easy to use lockers to keep our luggage since our train departed well after check out. Will definitely book again:)"

"Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. Drinks and nuts at the bar were very good. However, it was odd that we had to ask if it was open, and reception had to call for the bartender. The bartender didn't ask if we wanted more drinks either; he brought us the tab and left. Pretty disappointed as he also didn't clean up a dirty table. Staff were friendly when we needed something as we did need a fan. Now I realize we had very hot days but our room really never did...
