"We really liked this location in the “sumo” neighbourhood. Close to train stations and easy access to tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants close by. The customer service could improve, we stayed for 6 nights and our room was serviced once. Also, only way you’re getting an early check-in or late checkout is by paying ¥2000 per hour. So check-in and checkout time are really busy.. The hotel is nice. There is a common area on the second floor as well as a Lawson’s. Opt for a twin corner room if you can, the rooms we clean, comfortable, and modern, we would stay here again."

"Nice location that is a bit off the beaten path. Rooms are in good condition, though the beds are VERY firm. Not much bathroom privacy given bathroom orientation. First floor space with coffee and pastry/breads is a nice place to hang out in. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great stay."

"Room was extremely clean. Very convenient shuttle from and to Narita airport. Love that they have a Lawson on the property so easy to grab late night food. Love that they have late checkout especially when we have a late flight out. You just have to pay a little bit so worth it."
