"Nice hotel but when close the door it's to loud noise"

"Personeel heel aardig, schone kamer. Locatie is heel goed."

"A power cut all day meant that the hotel had to rehouse us at a local hotel. It took hours of time and was a huge inconvenience. The staff were as helpful as possible, but I am pursuing the issue with Novotel."

"A fantastic stay, the hotel location is great and we couldn’t fault a thing."

"Great stay and fab location Reception team were super helpful Would stay again !"

"Fantastic property, great location!"

"Excellent location for the M & S Bank Arena and Albert Dock, rooms very spacious and spotlessly clean, very well equipped. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast, although not the choice of some hotels was still very good. Would definitely recommend and stay again"

"Clean room Quiet and a comfy bed and pillows. Love the shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast ok."

"Good size family room, ideal for our night stay in Liverpool."

"Easy parking, great location…..fab desk staff"

"The host was friendly and helpful. We received our check in codes in advance so were able to check in without waiting around when we arrived. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a great location and had a supermarket at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again. "
