"Nice hotel but when close the door it's to loud noise"

"A power cut all day meant that the hotel had to rehouse us at a local hotel. It took hours of time and was a huge inconvenience. The staff were as helpful as possible, but I am pursuing the issue with Novotel."

"Easy parking, great location…..fab desk staff"

"Personeel heel aardig, schone kamer. Wel geluid door airco (ook bij uitzetten blijft geluid) en lopend water als andere kamers douchen. Bed iets te hard en met harde knopen in de topper. Kussen wel fijn. Locatie is heel goed."

"Clean room Quiet and a comfy bed and pillows. Love the shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast ok."

"A fantastic stay, the hotel location is great and we couldn’t fault a thing."

"ใกล้แหล่ง shopping คนเยอะ แต่ห้องไม่มีเสียงเข้ามา สงบดี ห้องกว้าง สะอาด"

"Good size family room, ideal for our night stay in Liverpool."

"The first room we were given smelled of steel cigarettes smoke and some sort of sickly sweet antiseptic. You can't open the windows to air the place out so we asked for an alternative room. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the sofa bed was well past its best being very saggy indeed. The breakfast was on a par with your average rep motel. Stuff were helpful if a little clueless."

"Great stay and fab location Reception team were super helpful Would stay again !"

"Fantastic property, great location!"

"Excellent location for the M & S Bank Arena and Albert Dock, rooms very spacious and spotlessly clean, very well equipped. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast, although not the choice of some hotels was still very good. Would definitely recommend and stay again"

"Great position, free parking with charge points for car. Staff very friendly and helpful. Step up into shower room novel and slightly awkward."

"I really love this place not far from a beautiful landmark I can see sunset and sunrise at the hotel and lots of facility "
