"The delightful staff made me know i was back in Liverpool. They were so friendly snd helpful.We have stayed here before but not since the downstairs areas have been opened up .It looks very good. We enjoyed our dinner for 11 of us on the first night , good food and our room was clean with a comfortable bed and spacious . .Good location too. "

"Was a little worried when I booked but it was perfect for one night. Very clean, tea coffee facilities . No on suites but plenty of bathrooms and we had showers in our rooms, towels provided. Parking and the car park is gated, felt very safe . Would definitely stay again but of a gem. "

"Great location to walk into the city centre. Parking is very convenient on the road in front of the hotel. Facilities in the room were all great. Self check in is expected which was very simple. We had a query when we first booked which the hotel answered quickly to our satisfaction. Overall we would recommend to any family / friends who don’t mind a 15 minute walk through the Georgian quarter or past the Anglican Cathedral to get to the centre of the city centre. Our room was on the first floor...
