This stay exceeded all expectations! The host provided truly outstanding service, personally meeting us with a map to explain local transport and supermarkets, and stocked the fridge with welcome treats like milk, sparkling wine, and ice cream. The apartment was immaculately clean and exceptionally well-equipped with abundant hangers, plenty of towels, comprehensive kitchen supplies, good condition iron/ironing board, umbrellas and laundry...
"We spent 4 nights and had a fabulous time. Cannot fault the hotel. The location was perfect for the trams and the U. We bought a 72hr travel pass which was wonderful value. The hotel is a short walk to the Parliament and museums. There are lots of great cafes and restaurant nearby which are not touristy. We would definitely return. "
"비엔나는 두번째 방문인데,첫번째 방문했을때는 중앙역 노보텔에 묵엇다.비엔나의 외식 물가가 너무 비싸서 이번엔 주방이 있는 곳으로 했는데 너무 만족스러운 여행이였다.비엔나의 마트물가는 비싸지않은편이라서 이틀이상 여행계획이라면 호텔보다는 주방이 있는숙소를 선택하는것이 좋을듯하다.'라파엘프리미엄'숙소는 U6라인이 2분거리에 있는데 그걸타면 서역까지 18분내외로갈수 있다.우리는 잘츠부르크갈때 서역을 이용했다.트램 42번은 5분거리에 있는데 시내 나갈때 주로 이용했다.교통도 나쁘지않고 아파트도 깨끗하고 특히 동네가 너무너무 안전하다.하여튼 6일 여행하면서 불편한건 없었다.만족한다."
"Ein super schönes, ruhiges, sauberes originell eingerichtetes hotel mit einem wirklich bequemem bett aus dem man gar nicht mehr aufstehen möchte.
Das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich mega frisch, lecker und mit einer wirklich großen auswahl.
Heißgetränke wurden einemnfrisch zubereitet und an den tisch gebracht.

"Nice air conditioned room near public transportation and beautiful tree lined boulevard with shops. It’s not clear whether you can fully control the air conditioning, but it seemed good for sleeping. The breakfast at this hotel seemed a bit pricey as I recall."
"This place has a great vibe! The staff was super helpful and the park next to the hotel was a bonus. We really appreciated the complementary stocked refrigerator. The lobby was a great place to hang out! Loved everything about 25hour except the hallways leading to the rooms. The hallway lighting, carpet and wall decor was creepy. The circus theme works in the rest of the property but the hallways were not good. "
