The staff was wonderful and helpful from showing us how to get around Vienna to our wake up call making sure we didn’t miss our train. Our bags were stored when we arrived although the room was not ready. This was so appreciated. The room was extremely clean. Loved the location, walking distance to many sites to see with city metro stopping just outside the hotel. I would highly recommend and would stay there again.
I love the location. The tram stopped in front of the hotel to take you downtown. The room was large and comfortable. Everyone was helpful and cordial.
Full Austrian breakfast buffet is there for 25 euros if you want it, or a quick coffee and croissant version for 8...or skip it. Check for live music at brunch on weekends. Choice is yours. Nespresso and tea in the room is a nice touch. It's a boutique hotel so has little touches like themes and art on floors, big garden. Complementary bicycle came in handy for riding over to Prater, and it had a basket for picking up something from TK maxx afterwards.
Tram 44 is right outside the front door to whisk you over to Schottentor, runs every 10 mins or so. Or walk a few minutes up to Alser strasse to get on the Ubahn. Super friendly staff.
Cons? Well, the AfD and Marine lepen might not like it so much, but hey it's cosmopolitan Wien.
There was a great number of choices for breakfast, which included eggs, assorted meats and cheeses, salads, waffles, yogurts, fruits, delicious breads, and pastries. There was something for everyone.
Positive:
Nice decoration of the hotel and rooms
Good breakfast (even musicians during the meal)
Bed and bedding very comfortable
Bathroom is well designed
Negative:
Mix of kind and unkind staff making the stay stressfull
Bins not emptied and toilet rolls not refilled
Two very big inconveniences: no iron available (charging for laundry service and possible only with 24h notice = not for business travellers) + No kettle in the room (some coffee/tea machine in the room doing dark water).
Loved the live entertainment with weekend breakfasts and the food was amazing, good memories of the tasty food!
Basic room with some road noise and no way of blocking out daylight.
Good value value for money overall
We appreciated that some of the workers speak quite good English. The cleaning girl is kind and thorough. We appreciated that when we needed to extend out stay due to a family medical emergency, they worked to keep us in the same room. The desk people gave us helpful advice about nearby shopping. The breakfast is bountiful, delicious, classic Austrian.
The hotel was nice. The location and area not so great. Away from city center. It was a lot of construction going on. Nothing really to see next to the hotel. Be aware of taxi drivers. Use only Uber.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I was across from the elevator but did not hear any noise. They have a Nespresso in the room with coffee pods but no tea offered. There is no kettle in the room so to get hot water, I had to go to the front desk with my thermal mug to have them fill it from the bar. There was a 1 L bottle of water in the room but it was only complimentary if you booked your stay directly through the hotel. I confirmed with the front desk that as I used a booking site, I would have to pay for the water. First time I’ve encountered this in a hotel stay.
Very clean and cozy hotel not too far from the city center. The staff was super friendly and always smiling. The bathroom had a heated mirror, so your towels are warm when you are ready to use them. However, there are no hooks or places to hang them up on once you are done using them. The room was nice and the bed was actually fairly comfortable, too. What I disliked is that the headboard of the bed is right below a window with a curtain that ends right above the headboard. This means daylight will shine directly on your face as soon as the sun comes up. However, I'd still recommend this hotel. The overall experience was definitely positive.
The only issue we had with the hotel was its location not being near city center where all of our activities were. But an easy tram ride and we were there. It was a very nice hotel
Charming place with regular cleaning. The AC stopped working, but the staff provided a portable fan, and when Monday arrived, a repairman had fixed it. Close to a vast subway network.

Our coffee machine didn’t work, staff hardly greeted us, had a dispute over a birthday booking, weren’t very helpful but resolved in the end. English language barrier? The room was nice and comfy but overall the stay could’ve been better
Had an enjoyable 3-night stay at the hotel and had a nice room upgrade. Rooms have everything that you require but still run on a door key system, which you can hand into reception when not in the hotel.
The hotel is not central, but there is a tram stop outside the property, and there are 2 U stops nearby. Uber is easy to book and had no problems getting around the city from the hotel.
The breakfast is very good with plenty of variety for everyone. Staff are very helpful and would recommend the hotel if you do not want to pay city centre prices.
