The room was dirty/nasty and smelly. The hallways to get my room was dirty/nasty as well. The customer service sucked. They were not accommodating at all and I will not recommend this place to anybody.

Kompose Boutique Resort at Theme Parks
There was no airport shuttle unless if I wasn’t aware. Breakfast was great. There is a nice scent in the hallways. Location is great My only issues is the shower we had in the room. Shower had a half glass door, taking a shower the floor would end up wet, shower pressure/ water was terrible. We stayed ...

Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
The line to check in only had 5 people in front of me but it took 45 minutes to check in. The room was decent but showed wear and some mold/rust in the bathroom Resort overcharged heavily for everything. $4.50 for a cup of hot water
