It was a good hotel for a good price. It was hot in the elevator. There are other fees upfront when you check in, but they guarantee that it’ll be refunded after check out anyway. Over all, it was a safe place and a comfortable place to stay

The room was mildly clean. Hairs on the floor, in the shower, in the drawers and the shower water was cold, it never got warm. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Would not stay here again. The staff was friendly but the place needs a deep clean and renovation.

Truly only one step up from a motel but honestly fine for a short stay + most of your days are spent elsewhere. The building seems old and unkept. The air circulation in the room is poor and the walls are thin. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and we did find someone else’s dirty socks in our bathroom on the first night, that was extremely unpleasant. Essentially, you get what you pay for. The staff are friendly though!

We were not informed about the ongoing construction at the hotel. Other than that, it is a great deal for the price and location. Get it if you will enjoy the city and get back to the hotel just to sleep.

Visited on Memorial Day long weekend. Great place if you want to stay close to Universal Parks, Indian restaurants - Bawarchi, Tamara, also really close to Ripley's Believe it or Not, Madam Tussades, Titanic, etc. Shopping areas are also close by. There is complimentary breakfast and swimming pool. Also, Mariana from staff was very helpful.

The first room I was checked into had a few minor issues (TV had no sound and shower wasn’t draining) but once I told the front desk about it they switched me to another room and had no issues. Overall great place to stay in a fantastic location!

Walk in shower flooded due to drain working very slowly. Room smelled musty and construction going on everywhere. Bed was clean and comfortable and breakfast was minimal. Didn't see any signs of bugs, but wouldn't stay at this property again.

During our check-in, the staff did not tell us that there was no functioning Water Heater so we were there for six days five nights with no hot water whatsoever coming back from the theme parks in the evenings was a nightmare because I had to shower with cold water. The staff was very polite. Everything was clean however, none of these rooms have microwave or coffee machine so you have to go prepared with these items.

Location is really good, price was pretty cheap. There is no hot water and seems they’re not planning on fixing it. Breakfast is really basic and you get it from a small room with a microwave and sit outside in the shade. They rarely refill things once they’re over, so go early! Room was big and bed was very comfortable. However the Aircon was reaaaaaaaally loud which makes it hard to sleep. If you get rooms to the front, expect trucks and noise from 7:30/8am onwards.

From the moment I arrived on a Saturday night the building appeared very run down and definitely needs an update. When we got to our room the ac was barely shooting out cold air so it was very hard to sleep that night. Then I noticed that the floor was dirty, the sink water didn’t drain and there were bugs and I saw a big roach. The shower also looked very cheap and cracked. So the next morning I told the front desk about the room and they moved us to a room with a working ac and it was much cleaner with an open sink drain. I was able to sleep much better so I gave it two stars instead of one since I got a better room. The breakfast area didn’t have much, should provide bananas at least. So it’s in a great location, just kinda a slum hotel.

The property was comfortable, although the facilities may be a bit outdated. It appears the property is undergoing renovations, as there were construction materials in the green areas; however, I did not see any work being done during my stay. Everything looked clean, and the staff was friendly. The property charges a facility fee and a deposit fee, which came as an unexpected surprise for both me and other guests checking in at the same time. This caused some confusion and delays during the registration process. Additionally, bottled water is not included with breakfast or provided in the room fridge, and there is an extra charge if you want one.

When we got to the property was kind of hidden due to the construction, the surrounding area or even in the building, the room was filthy and missing a lot of things I do keep going back and down to the front desk for help which he is really amazing with customer service he helped us a lot, but the Housekeeping in the other hand really needs to step up. I have stayed in many Travelodge never had a problem like this. This is my far the worst Travelodge but the staff at the front desk is amazing
