    Our check in went smooth and actually got to enter property hours earlier which was great with time we arrived. Second time staying with them and will definitely come back. Communication was quick and very helpful. Clean and with all accommodations needed.

    Gated community was wonderful, but 50% of the time we were in and out the scanners didn’t work and we had to go around couple miles around to another community entrance. Get that fixed and it’s 100% perfect!

    This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this site and although the area and apartment were great, we had some issues. These were reported but not dealt with. We also found that Wonder Vacations only responded to messages after several attempts to contact them - disappointing. Very convenient to all parks and shopping and generally the place we had was comfortable. Information from Wonder Vacation was not as good as previous experience with them. For instance, to get through the gate (different from previous trips) you just needed to point your app at the QR code by the barrier - not explained clearly enough by the company. Really helpful lady at gate was sooo helpful - big thanks to her!! The apartment itself very well supplied, towels (bit small), soaps, hairwash/conditioner, 2 loo rolls, 4 dishwasher and clothes wash tablets, paper towel and very well equipped kitchen. However, the water filter on the fridge was over 99 days asking for replacement. The electrics were a bit dodgy and lights would fail but come back to life. Unable to turn off TV unless the plug was pulled from the wall and hot water only came through after running ALL hot taps for 5 minutes before. This was reported, apparently someone called but said there was not a problem. TV in main bedroom would not work for last 5 days of our visit, fortunately we took out own Fire stick which we used in the lounge area. Even on check out, the company was slow to tell us what they wanted us to do. WV need to improve comms
