Cleanliness is terrible, the building needs a lot of repairs, but the bed was ok and comfortable, and we had some food for breakfast so it worth the price.

The man at the front desk was really really nice when I checked in Friday. The only thing is is that they put us in room 219 when we got up to 219 after they told us that the elevator did not work did we realize that somebody was already enrolled 219 then I put us in room 357 they come to find out they don’t clean up rooms every day if you stay there more than three days they’re not gonna clean your room every day they’re not gonna even bring you any clean towels unless you ask them so and there’s a bar downstairs so on Friday it sound like it was a club. It was a very nice hotel may come back may Not.
The room was exceptionally clean-not too busy at all since it is lower/mid priced.
There were absolutely no bugs, housekeeping came around daily, and I could tell the floors were clean, bathroom was stocked, as it ahould be, but many others in this price range fall short.
The only thing I would make better is the shower head pressure, and the shower itself has not been updated/could use some love, but not a big deal.
I would definitely stay here again!

The bed was comfortable and bug free. EVERYTHING else was horrid and filthy.
The room was clean and the front desk staff was nice, but there were a lot of random people just walking about the property that made me and my family felt uncomfortable. They waited for us to use our card key to get inside the property and just walked in after us. One of the elevator wasn’t working - the front desk told us to use it (down the hall through those doors to the right). Which another guest told us that elevator has been broken all week and not been fixed. We didn’t know there was a second elevator, but only to find out after I checked out (same day). We were on the third floor. I had bad knees and a bad hip and wasn’t going to climb 3 floors up everyday (booked for a week stay). The stairs were dirty and broken and falling apart. The overall front desk rep was nice but it felt like the property was falling apart and felt unsafe.

Pull out couch in the room was broken so we couldn’t sleep on it the first night but they did replace it the next day. Not the cleanest place but you get what you pay for so I won’t complain there. Where I have an issue is when somehow i accidentally got checked out of my 3 night stay after one night and the gm called me yelling at me like it was my fault. Ruined a whole day of our vacation because we had t come all the way back to get it sorted out. The man who helped me was very nice and helpful. The gm could take a lesson from his customer service skills because the issue was completely on their end.
