Don’t ever stay at this hotel

Horrific. Delayed flight I arrive at 1130pm. Security guard “cue” says everyone went home at 7pm(!!!) Says usually they put you on the “registry” but they forgot to do it(!!) so at midnight I have to find a hotel room? Just plain awful

Wasnt terrible but all linens were stained, and didn't have a blanket on the bed could not get housekeeping to bring me clean towels the whole week I was there not sure if it wasn't communicated that I asked for them or if they just decided they weren't going to give me any. Front desk staff tried really hard to be helpful though they were all very pleasant but Won't be staying there again not worth the price...

I had to get my money back because nothing were like the pictures! Pool was closed and had stuff growing in it! Capers looked really ruff looks like it’s time to change them! They show a breakfast bar and they didn’t honor that righter thay really need to update there photo and service cause that was horrible!

OK for the price.

The front desk staff was welcoming. The couple fighting outside the front door....not so much. The hallway of our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The room was clean enough. Phone not plugged in and phone wall jack was unattached with wires hanging. Wallpaper some damage and floor board not fitted against corner. AC worked great! Shower water pressure was good. Wifi worked well.

Nasty!!!!! Please Avoid

The absolute filthiest place I have ever stayed. The entire place smelled of mold and smoke. Our room had a lot of damage, mold, and stains. The only member of staff I had any dealing with was the front desk clerk. She was pleasant enough. We only stayed for one night. I would have been better off just forgetting the money and going home.

The Hotel is "tired".

Although the hotel appears to be clean, the first room had peeling wallpaper, the toilet was clogged and there was no microwave or fridge. Because of the toilet, I asked to change rooms. The next room also had peeling wallpaper. The lights at the nightstand didn't work. I put the lamp from the table there. Good enough for my 2 night stay. There was a microwave and fridge. Ceiling plaster was missing at the entry, paper was stuck to one headboard, a decorative finial was missing from the second headboard, holes from a previous shower rod had not been repaired. I took photos. I knew it was a 2 star and had no expectations. Staff was pleasant. While I waited to check in more than one family had issues with extra charges on their bill and was unsatisfied with the lack of response from the manager. I was told she was the owner. A Walmart Market and fast food was a short walk. As I had no major issues, it was close to my weekend event and I was prepared for a low budget room, I would stay there again.

Owner is a thief!

The owner will literally keep your money. She will refuse to look at your paper receipt showing you already paid for your stay and then keep your deposit saying that you never paid for the night before. I tried to show her my receipt and my bank statement showing I already paid her but she literally threw them in my face. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. On top of that the Microwave in my room never worked for the entire 2 weeks I stayed here and the roaches were so bad I had to keep my food inside ziplock bags!!! Beware this hotel will rip you off!

Customer service was horrible. The room was extremely dirty. My mirror was cracked the toilet was clogged. The walls were falling apart. It smelled horrifying.

It was absolutely horrible from the room and the hotel experience itself was outlandish. Dirty towels, linen, sheets. Also there were roaches in the room. Also it smelled of urine.

Hotel badly located and super ugly, dirty, smell of cigar in all facilities, very bad experience, I was very disgusted to use the bathroom, I would never go back to that hotel, I hope my comments help improve the hotel hotel mal ubicado y súper feo, sucio, olor a cigarro en todas las instalaciones, muy mala experiencia, me dio mucho asco usar el baño, no volvería a ese hotel nunca, espero que mis comentarios ayuden a mejorar el hotel

Dont waste your money

Difficult to contact hotel desk before check-in call many times never pickup phone, then hotel is in bad condition floor seems to have been flooded before especially 5th floor where my room was room smell bad like mold.. worts experience never again on this place..

When i came into the hotel is wasnt like the pictures a few items was no longer there. I then went to get my things and go to my room. As soon as i opened the door to my room this terrible oder smacked me in the face. I went to the front desk just to be handed a can of febreeze. I used most the can which did nothing. As im spraying the room i noticed the room very poorly cleaned ( if it was even cleaned at all) the tub was filthy, sticky dark substance on the walls , roaches crawling on the walls and bed.
